martywolfman the planet isn't dying - the planet isn't alive. not even all life is dying (although yes, some is) what is actually happening is we are doing our best to make it uninhabitable for humans. life will continue on this planet long after we are gone

JRBugge I like the sound of earth!

seansalvador1 "There is a dark side, and yes it is continually the same side" What nonsense. The Moon orbits the Earth, so how exactly can it possibly have a permanent dark side? Think about it, what do you think happens during a lunar eclipse?

More than 12 billion years of cosmic history are shown in this unprecedented, panoramic, full-color view of thousands of galaxies in various stages of assembly. This image, taken by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope, was made from mosaics taken in Septem [...]

regansjzx90 this in insane...make me feel soo small!

JayQuebec116 You should not feel small, since everything you saw in this video was you. You are all this. We are all this. Each one of us is part of this one infinite being. We kinda forget that because it's part of the game. We get tired of knowing reality, so we make ourself forget everything. We eventually rediscover reality, and the cycle start over... and over and over. Reality is this eternal cycle. Life is just the game reality is playing to enjoy its eternity. Does it make sense?

In August, after the last repair mission on the Hubble Space Telescope, astronomers directed its newest camera towards the same area of sky where just five years ago, the first Hubble Ultra Deep field image was made and recorded a new one - this time [...]

AkcEri1 That's what they call a large amount of close galaxies, although they are not really that close.

Japanese astronomers said Wednesday they had found a cluster of galaxies 12.72 billion light-years away from Earth using a high-powered telescope in Hawaii. Read the full story here: www.rawstory.com Add TDC to your circles on Google+ plus.google.com [...]

crocfme Each speck of light in the deep field represents a galaxy of billions of stars, planets, moons and comets. Some of the larger ones are even galaxy clusters. Are we alone? - The odds are certainly against it.

Sheane Crane Of course we are not alone. Consider Earth, now consider the universe. Intuition on the matter by itself is enough to make a conclusion, no need for fancy mathematics or 'proof'.

andy55055 You seriously can't see the link? Never heard of a science v religion debate? This is a perfect forum to discuss religion and if you didn't know, youtube is a public forum to do so. Some people might get educated this way rather than wasting the best day of the week on their knees like some barn animal.
